The Department of Transportation and Engineering Permit and License Center is designed to allow citizens to process right-of-way permit requests and initiate information referrals in one central location.
In order to provide citizens with prompt and professional service, we are continuing to advance our abilities through the integration of data and computer technology. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is always ready to assist you.

Our Convenient Location
The Permit and License Center is conveniently located in Room 425, City Hall, 801 Plum Street. The Center is open Monday through Friday, between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
