FAQ’s
Which pools can I rent? -Bond Hill, Bush, Camp Washington, Dickman, Filson, Hanna Otto Armleder, Hartwell, LeBlond, Madisonville, Millvale, Mt. Adams, Mt. Washington, Spring Grove Village.

When and where is the payment due? -Payment is due at least 2 weeks before your rental date in person at 805 Central Ave. Suite 800 45202.
Am I guaranteed the exact day and time I want? -Each pool has certain days and times available for rent. You will select your 3 date preferences in the application process.
Can my application get rejected? -Yes, there are a few reasons your application might get rejected. All 3 dates and times are unavailable. Your application was submitted less than 3 weeks before your requested rental date. The purpose of your rental was not deemed appropriate.
Rules: All CRC rules, regulations and policies must be followed throughout the duration of the rental. Any rule breaking will result in immediate cancellation and forfeiture of any refund. See all CRC rules by clicking the link.
Music: You may play your own family-friendly music.
How old must I be to rent the pool? -You must be 21 years of age or older to rent the pool, the renter must identify themselves to the pool manager and must attend the whole event from start to finish.
Can we bring food and drinks? -Yes, however, all food and drink must be distributed and consumed in the designated area set by the pool manager and supervisor. Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited. Also, any sale of food or drinks is not permitted.
What if there is inclement weather during my rental? -If inclement weather occurs the day of your rental and we must cancel the rental before you arrive to the pool, you will get a full refund. Refunds are mailed via check and take 6-8 weeks to process.
If we must cancel/close the pool during your rental due to inclement weather, you will be issued a refund for the time you did not use. Payment will still be collected for the half hour set up and half hour clean up plus the time used at the pool.
Supplies: You may bring your own supplies; however, it must adhere to the guidelines and policies of CRC. No water wings or colored floats are permitted, but CLEAR see-through floats are allowed. Any personal life preserves must be US coast guard approved. CRC can provide life jackets and clear floats if requested.
