Cincinnati Recreation Commission is celebrating the beginning of renovations at Clifton Recreation Center with a groundbreaking ceremony to be held Tuesday, October 29 at 10:00 a.m. at the Clifton Center; 320 McAlpin Ave., 45220
The remodeled center will be more than 1,000 square feet larger. The renovation will cost more than $1 million and will include:
- A new lobby, an elevator and a new staircase between the upper and lower level.
- A relocated office
- A newly remodeled multipurpose room in place of the existing office
- Renovated and ADA compliant restrooms
The project architect, DNK Architects, will join the general contractor, Jostin Construction, and work crews to bring the site up to current building codes.
