CINSY Systems provides technology solutions for the City of Cincinnati. CINSY Staff is responsible for the support of City enterprise systems, including the City's financial and human resource systems, and the City's internet ( www.Cincinnati-oh.gov) and intranet deployments. CINSY is also responsible for the overall management of the City's wide area network, including defining security rules and roles for its deployment, as well as establishing guidelines for local area network deployments. CINSY also provides support for various applications used in City departments.

CINSY provides information technology services and solutions for the City of Cincinnati. It's vision is to be the recognized expert in applying information systems to local government. CINSY is composed of six functional areas of operations with services being provided through the six enterprise project areas below.
