The Department of Public Services has a curb maintenance program to construct and repair curb in residential areas. This program is targeted to maintain residential streets in otherwise good condition. Total or major rehab of curb is overseen by the Department of Transportation and Engineering as part of their street rehab programs. Curb on streets not included in either of the above programs is temporarily repaired with asphalt if required to keep an area safe.
