The City Planning and Buildings Department have established new fees for requests by the public to administer change to Land Parcels, Planned Based Zoning, Historic Preservation Reviews and GIS/Data Mapping. In response to the increased demand by the public for services, the following fees will be charged for select services as listed below. These new fees are scheduled to begin on January 1, 2013 and will be collected at the time of the service delivery.
Data & Mapping Request - New Fee - $100/Hr to create map product and Selective Data reports
Planned Development Fee - New Fee - $2,000 to administer the Concept Plan, $1000 to administer the Final Development Plans
Subdivision Improvement Plan Review Fee - New Fee - $300 per lot
Deed Review and Stamping Fee - New Fee - $100 per Deed
Historic Conservation Board Hearing Fee - New Fee - $300
Certificate of Appropriateness Fee (without Board review) - New Fee - $25
