CAUSE (IF KNOWN): Unknown backpack and bike outside of District 2 Police station

SMOKE DETECTORS PRESENT: N/A

BRIEFLY DESCRIBE INCIDENT: Cincinnati Police District 2 station found a backpack and bike outside the police station. It was noticed to have been there since the night before. It was also determined not to be a member of the CPD. The CFD was called to investigate. Engine 14 B (the CFD bomb unit) was able to successfully manipulate the package using robotic devices to determine the contents of the backpack and remove the threat.
