If you received a parking infraction for a section listed in the Fines Schedule, you may do one of the following within 168 hours (7 days) of receiving the parking infraction.

Pay In Person
Pay the amount listed in the Fines Schedule at:

Hamilton County Clerk of Courts Office
314 East 9th Street
Room 112
Hamilton County Justice Center
Cincinnati, Ohio 45202-2207

Office Hours: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Pay by cash, personal check, money order, VISA, or MasterCard.  Your copy of the parking infraction MUST accompany payment.

Parking tickets may also be paid in person at the following suburban Clerk of Courts offices between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday:

Mail
To pay the amount listed in the Fines Schedule by mailing a check, or money order  click here.

Pay By Telephone
Pay by telephone with VISA or MasterCard; call (513) 946-6000, 24 hours a day. Ask for a receipt number to confirm payment.

Fax
To pay by facsimile transmission with VISA or MasterCard  click here .

Pay By Internet
Pay by Internet with VISA or MasterCard. Pay the amount listed in the Fines Schedule by going to the  Hamilton County Clerk of Court's web page

Schedule a Hearing
If you choose not to pay the fine, you must schedule a hearing within 168 hours of receiving the infraction.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN A DEFAULT JUDGMENT WITH ALL FINES, PENALTIES, FEES, AND COSTS ACCORDING TO LAW. YOUR VEHICLE CAN BE IMPOUNDED AND YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION PRIVILEGES SUSPENDED. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PURCHASE, RENEW, OR TRANSFER YOUR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATES.
