If you received a parking infraction for a section listed in the Fines Schedule, you may do one of the following within 168 hours (7 days) of receiving the parking infraction.

Pay In Person
Pay the amount listed in the Fines Schedule at:

Hamilton County Clerk of Courts Office
314 East 9th Street
Room 112
Hamilton County Justice Center
Cincinnati, Ohio 45202-2207

Office Hours: 7:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M., Monday through Friday.
Pay by cash, personal check, money order, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.  Your copy of the parking infraction MUST accompany payment.

Parking tickets may also be paid in person at the following suburban Clerk of Courts office between the hours of 8:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday:

Notice: A convenience fee will be assessed for the use of a credit card.  Accepted credit cards are MASTERCARD, DISCOVER CARD OR AMERICAN EXPRESS.
You can also pay by Mail, Telephone, Fax or Internet. Pay the amount listed in the Fines Schedule by going to the  Hamilton County Clerk of Court's web page

Schedule a Hearing
If you choose not to pay the fine, you must schedule a hearing within 168 hours of receiving the infraction.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE INSTRUCTIONS CAN RESULT IN A DEFAULT JUDGMENT WITH ALL FINES, PENALTIES, FEES, AND COSTS ACCORDING TO LAW. YOUR VEHICLE CAN BE IMPOUNDED AND YOUR VEHICLE REGISTRATION PRIVILEGES SUSPENDED. YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO PURCHASE, RENEW, OR TRANSFER YOUR VEHICLE LICENSE PLATES.
