Created by Cincinnati City Council, the Quality of Life Index provides citizens with a snapshot of the City's output in providing a number of city services. The Index provides quarterly updates on the City's response on a variety of quality of life issues, including graffiti violations and subsequent abatements, litter citations, panhandling citations and crime statistics. As a result of citizen requests, the Index has been expanded to include information on the housing docket, vice squad activities and drug seizures
