The City of Cincinnati contracts with nonprofit agencies and other organizations to provide human services. Such services include but are not limited to emergency food and shelter assistance, after school and tutoring, youth leadership development, teen parent education, self-sufficiency training, individual and group counseling, AIDS education, and adult and child abuse prevention programs.
