The mission of Citizen Complaint Authority (CCA) is to investigate allegations of misconduct by police officers including, but not limited to, shots fired, death in custody, and use of force.
CCA shall review and resolve all citizen complaints in a fair, impartial, efficient and timely manner.
CCA shall act independently consistent with its duties and responsibilities, with the ultimate goal of addressing citizens concerns and improving citizens perceptions of quality police service in the city of Cincinnati.
