Director Of Planning & Buildings

Charles C. Graves, III is the Director of the Department of Planning and Buildings for the City of Cincinnati. He oversees a staff that includes 75 staff persons in the Divisions of City Planning and Building & Inspections.

Major initiatives for the Department include developing a Comprehensive Plan for the City, developing form-based code zoning, and streamlining the permitting process.  Read More
